Landmark Aviation Buying Ross Aviation

Landmark Aviation announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Ross Aviation, a network of fixed based operations located throughout the United States. The acquisition, which is subject to satisfaction of closing conditions, is expected to close during the second half of 2014. Headquartered in Denver, Colo., Ross Aviation is a leading operator of FBOs, with a network of 20 locations in the U.S., including Denver (Rocky Mountain Metro), Santa Fe, Miami (Opa Locka), and six locations in Hawaii. The acquisition will increase the size of Landmarks footprint to 60 locations in the U.S. and 76 locations globally. Landmark Aviation is based in Houston, Texas, and operates a network of fixed base operations in the U.S., Canada and Western Europe. The company offers a wide range of services, including FBO, MRO, charter and management.
