New Zealand’s Prime Minister was just a face in the crowd to security workers at Sydney Airport last month. Helen Clark was pulled out of the lineup for a body scan during a stop on a commercial flight to visit Kiwi troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Aussies were told who she was but did the search anyway and have since defended their actions since Clark didn’t apply for an exemption from the search.
