Each week, we go through dozens (and sometimes hundreds) of reader-submitted photos and pick the very best to share with you on Thursday mornings. With the 2007 NBAA Convention in full swing as we type this, we were a little worried that "Picture of the Week" submissions would drop off this week — but, much to our delight, they actually picked up while we've been at the show! And since we're a bit crunched for time, let's dive right in.
But first, a quick update on last week's "POTW": Eagle-eyed AVweb reader Kevin Kearney points out that the "Aluminum Overcast" in last week's top photo was actually the Yankee Air Museum's B-17 Yankee Lady "participating in an event at TEB on 9/15 and 9/16." Good call, Kevin — and thanks for the correction!

Oklahoma Sunset Our almost-obligatory sunset sign-off comes from Gerald Benson of Alva, Oklahoma this week and features pilot Kyle Franklin calling it a day after practicing routines for the Oklahoma Festival of Flight. A quick note for submitters: If you've got several photos that you feel are "POTW" material, your best bet is to submit them one-a-week! That gives your photos a greater chance of seeing print on AVweb, and it makes the selection process a little easier on us, too. ;)
