A Matter of Scale

Japanese Zero replica looks like a parasite on the B-29A FiFi; taken at the first Commemorative (A.K.A. Confederate) Air Force Air Show at their new headquarters home in Midland, Texas in September 1991.

Rarely seen historical site/sight, as it is military-only access. Flew there as a civilian contractor on an old DC-8.

C-97 from the Farrah Fawcett Commercial

This Boeing C-97G (N227AR, USAF S/N 52-2764) sits in front of the Don Q. Inn in Dodgeville, Wisconsin as an attraction and to advertise the hotel. Actress Farrah Fawcett used this airplane for a Mercury Cougar commercial in 1975. Here's a video of the C-97 landing on YouTube.
