An aircraft preflight inspection should include verifying the proper paperwork is on board. "ARROW" is a common mnemonic device reminding pilots to look for the Airworthiness certificate, Registration, Radio license (if required), Operating limitations (POH, placards and such), and Weight & balance papers.
