When Center wants you to call an approach controller, the controller says, "Experimental 345, contact [name] approach on [frequency]." There's also something called the "contact approach," which allows an IFR pilot to visually navigate to the airport provided the flight has 1-mile visibility, remains clear of clouds and terrain (duh!), and ...
