If you've been reading AVweb recently, then you've seen that there are some differences of opinion regarding what controllers do all day and whether or not a shortage is imminent. What's (closest to) your opinion?
Air traffic controllers and the controllers' union are doing a great job of looking out for the future of safe air travel in this country.
The controllers' union is doing a great job of protecting their own interests -- great salaries and generally light workloads -- but may be doing the rest of us a disservice.
