Question of the Week

Should the military be allowed to take over any more airspace without giving up an equivalent amount? What's fair when it comes to MOAs?
An even trade sounds fair to me.
Forget "equivalent amounts" — let's just return some of that airspace to the public for GA's use.
Enough is enough. Let's lock down the existing MOAs (as much as possible) and stop surprising pilots with new areas of operation.
I'd rather err on the side of national security. If the military wants to set up new MOAs to train the people that keep me safe, I'm perfectly happy with that.
What's the big deal? GA pilots can fly through these MOAs when necessary, so why not allow the military to set them up as they see fit?
