Question of the Week
What do you think of today's homebuilt aircraft?
I'm a "spam can" driver all the way. Leave the building to the professionals — or those with the motivation to build (and the inclination to fly them).
There are homebuilt aircraft I'd like to get my hands on, but can't convince my mind to trust my body to my own construction.
I can get everything I need from the tried-and-tested certificated aircraft for less risk — and (in many cases) less money.
I'd rather have an experimental,, but it's a matter of time and money — best I can tell, I don't have enough of either.
I'd happily buy an already-built experimental.
I'd happily build my own.
