Question of the Week
If you could choose just one, would it be IFR or VFR? And which statement most closely matches your feelings about VFR and IFR flight?
VFR: I wish we could all fly VFR all the time. To me, that's what flying is all about.
IFR: I need to get where I'm going. For me, there are no benefits to VFR flight.
IFR, I guess: VFR flying is just a stepping stone to higher ratings. Higher ratings make for expanded skill sets, which make better pilots.
VFR, I guess: The limits of VFR flight restrict me from testing the limits of aircraft and weather ... but despite its constraints, it is the safer way to fly.
