Question of the Week

The Transportation Security Administration's NPRM for a 'Large Aircraft Security Program' (LASP) is drawing fire from both AOPA and EAA. We'd like to hear what you think.

Is the TSA's proposed rule for general aviation security reasonable?

YES. Operators of large aircraft should expect more scrutiny and responsibility.
MOSTLY. In general, it's O.K., but I'm worried about the implementation and enforcement being too onerous on operators.
NO. It doesn't go far enough. Flying is a privilege and, in this day and age, comes with more responsibility for everyone, from powered parachute owners to BBJ operators.
NOT AT ALL. I'm all for increased security but these measures do nothing to improve security.
This is the tip of the iceberg for regulations that will kill GA as we know it.
OTHER (My opinion doesn't appear as a choice.)
