Question of the Week

The theft of a Cessna 172 from Thunder Bay has reignited the debate over security at flight schools. This week, we'd like to hear your opinion on what constitutes good security measures at a flight school.

How secure should school planes be?

Students should be accompanied to the airplane by an instructor before solo flights.
They should be locked at all times, and students should sign them out.
The keys should be in a secure area of the hangar with passcode access.
There was no security breach in Thunder Bay, and current procedures are enough.
OTHER (My opinion doesn't appear as a choice.)
