Question of the Week

The U.S. Sport Aviation Expo is happening in Sebring, Florida this week, and that has us wondering about the role of LSAs in learning to fly. We're curious what our readers think: Would you learn in an LSA?

If you were to start all over, what type of aircraft would you train in?

Modern LSAs are the obvious choice — not just for training, but for most recreational flying, too.
I'd start on an LSA but move to a certified aircraft as soon as possible.
LSAs are a good introduction, but actual training should be on certified aircraft.
Forget LSAs. They cost more, and they're too limited.
OTHER (I'd do something completely different than what you've listed here.)
