What form should the Reno Air Races take this year — and in the future?

I wouldn't change a thing. Accidents happen, and we can't fold our tents every time they do.

There are always lessons to be learned from a tragedy like this, and they can be applied without changing the essence of the races.

The races are an anachronism and time has caught up to them. The safety measures needed to prevent this kind of tragedy will change the races irrevocably.

It's over. Just cancel them.
