Not that he likely needs any, but Rod Hightower's sudden departure may open opportunities to make EAA better.

What advice would you give Jack Pelton about EAA?

Nothing. Hightower's initiatives were headed in the right direction.
Most of Hightower's changes were positive but did alienate some EAA members. That should be fixed.
Hightower's changes were too much too fast and should all be reviewed.
EAA should revert to the way it was before Hightower started. It was working well.
