In a recent AVweb story, we learned that the Coalition for an Airline Passengers' Bill of Rights (CAPBOR) is encouraging airline passengers to keep their video and still cameras handy on board to document any horror stories that may occur during the upcoming busy holiday travel period. In this interview with Kate Hanni, the group's founder and spokesperson, we find out exactly what kind of evidence she is hoping to obtain against the airlines and what she plans to do with it, and we get an update on the legislation she is proposing, the Airline Passenger Bill of Rights.
