Randall Fishman has won numerous awards and accolades for his work on electric flight and already has built an electric-powered ultralight and a single-seat motorglider. (Learn more at his web site.) Now he is coming to EAA AirVenture at Oshkosh with a new design — a two-place that he plans to sell as a kit and eventually as a ready-to-fly LSA. He talks to AVweb's Mary Grady about the project and the challenges and rewards of electric-powered flight.
