PHOTO GALLERY: ON THE FRONTLINES OF THE HAITIAN RELIEF EFFORT
Lindy Kirkland, president of the Air Care Alliance, and his friend Marc Williams flew to Haiti from Florida in a Beech Baron to help with the relief effort. From January 31 to February 5, the two flew in support of Bahamas Habitat and G.O. Ministries. They hauled food, medicine, water, baby goods, diapers, people, tents, surgery supplies, and all kinds of small cargo. "I can tell you firsthand that GA was making a huge difference in the lives of some of the Haitians out in the hinterlands," says Kirkland, who provided these photos to AVweb.
