years, Jeppesen has owned the market in commercial charting services,
but now it has formed a new division specifically to serve light
aircraft GA charting needs, with a strong focus on digital subscriptions

 With
smartphones and iPads setting the standard for user interface, Avidyne
this week announced that its new IFD540 multi-function navigator will
have touchscreen control, including pinch-scaling and finger
scrolling.
