HISTORY IN THE MAKING
It's been a few years since Capt. Chesley Sullenberger and FO Jeff Skiles strapped into an airplane together, and they'll share a cockpit for the first time since their Miracle on the Hudson flight on November 18. The two pilots will take turns in the cockpit of the Historical Flight Foundation's DC-7B on a flight from Miami to Charlotte. AVweb's Russ Niles spoke with Foundation President Roger Jarman about how 20 lucky folks will be able to buy memberships in the organization and join the famous crew for the flight.
