RADEK WYRZYKOWSKI, PRESIDENT OF IMC CLUB, ON FLIGHT DATA CHARGES
When the GA community learned this week that the FAA plans to start charging fees and restrict access to digital aeronautical data that is currently free, Radek Wyrzykowski quickly posted an online petition at the White House web site to protest the change. He explains to AVweb's Mary Grady how instrument flight instructors and students would be affected by this restricted access.
