LEGACY COLLISION LEGAL NIGHTMARE CONTINUES
A Brazil appeals court has overturned a lower court ruling that cleared New York Time columnist Joe Sharkey in a strange lawsuit resulting from his coverage of the tragedy. When the GA community learned this week that the FAA plans to start charging fees and restrict access to digital aeronautical data that is currently free, Radek Wyrzykowski quickly posted an online petition at the White House web site to protest the change.
