RESPONDING TO FAA'S THROUGH-THE-FENCE POLICY

Brent Blue, who for several years has been advocating to preserve through-the-fence access to airports for neighbors in hangar homes, explains the latest policy published by the FAA, his response to it, and why it matters to all pilots. The FAA is now accepting comments on the policy, until August 29.
