The purpose of the 4th annual Imperial Aviation Day is to showcase the commercial and general aviation opportunities at the Imperial County airport, to let flight inspire local youth to seek the education needed for careers in aviation and to encourage economic development around the asset commercial aviation provides the community. Static home-built, vintage, military and rotary aircraft will be on display. Additionally EAA chapter 1 will be offering Young Eagles flights throughout the day.
