October 20, 2012 8th Annual Wings and Wheels Festival* at Stafford Regional Airport. This popular community event is free and will include a Fly-In, Car Show, Motorcycle Show, and Radio Controlled Aircraft demonstration. Displays include military, civilian, and vintage airplanes. Young Eagle aircraft rides for children 8 – 17 with parent present. There will be food, craft, and community vendors. Sponsored by Stafford Rotary Club, raffle proceeds from this event benefit many community organizations and programs, like the Dictionary Project, which provided every 3rd grade student in Stafford County a dictionary free of charge.
