Eagle 1, Chevy 0

As reported in AVweb's NewsWire, a security forces Chevy Lumina somehow went out of control at Eglin AFB, Florida, recently, and collided with a parked F-15 from the 58th Fighter Squadron. As one AVweb reader wrote, "Work continues on the Clinton administrations plan to convert the U.S. military into the Worlds Police Force. Progress was slowed recently, when tests of the new Air Launched Police Cruiser met with less than favorable results." Here's the USAF's initial damage report.
