Qantas Airline Crash in Bangkok, Thailand

On September 23, A Qantas Airlines Boeing 747-400 jumbo jet arriving at Bangkok, Thailand after a flight from Sydney, Australia, ran off the runway and onto a nearby golf course. Thankfully, no one among the 407 passengers and crew were injured. It's not clear if a failure of the nosewheel caused the jet to overrun the runway or if the nosewheel failed during the overrun.
