Install or Upgrade Flash
The Flash plug-in is totally free and is used on a wide variety of web sites (not just AVweb). Install or upgrade your FlashPlayer here.

Enable JavaScript
Video workshops are called from a JavaScript. If JavaScripts are turned off in your browser, enable them from the Advanced menu (under Tools Internet Options in Internet Explorer).

Install or Upgrade Java
Java isn’t automatically bundled with Microsoft products anymore, so you may not have the latest version. Download it here.

Adjust Security Settings
Elevated browser security may prevent the Workshop from loading. Check the Security, Privacy, and Advanced tabs to make sure everything is set to its default settings.

Clear Your Cache
Cached files may also interfere with the launch of the Workshop. Delete the Temporary Internet Files and Cookies from your browser.
