In the path of the storm in Morganton, North Carolina, was a rare piece of history — a now-submerged Fairchild 24 owned by Bradley Bormuth's father. By all measure, N2864O should have been lost. But Bradley and some friends set out on a two-year journey to restore her to flying condition.
