On Sept. 30, the comment period will close on proposed changes to regulations governing the amateur participation in homebuilt aircraft, and EAA is naturally hoping that its members (and anyone else with an interest in general aviation) make sure their views are known. AVweb's Russ Niles spoke with EAA Vice President of Industry and Regulatory Affairs Earl Lawrence about why those comments are so important.
