Meredith Saini, editor of IFR Refresher, interviewed pilots who were camping with their airplanes at EAA AirVenture 2008 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She wanted to find out what level of equipment people are using to fly IFR and how that affects their decision-making when dealing with weather.
