There's high demand out there for skilled, experienced aviation technicians in the refurb and repair market, according to JSfirm.com. AVweb spoke to JSfirm's Jeff Richards at the NBAA Convention in Orlando this week to get a snapshot of the aerospace employment market. Richards told us that hiring is picking up, even though OEMs remain in the doldrums. Skilled repairmen, A&Ps, and specialized trades are much in demand, however. JSfirm is a free résumé and job-matching service that considers itself the aviation version of Monster.com.
