ANA Chooses Fox as its New Holistic Training Management System
ANA (All Nippon Airways) will implement Britannica Knowledge Systems' Fox training management platform as its new holistic solution for optimizing its training operations.
Major system components that ANA's Flight Operation Center will employ include training resource and scheduling management, qualification management (based on the AQP approach), grading (online and offline on iPads), recordkeeping, and an online test engine. The comprehensive system will also integrate with relevant flight operational systems at ANA.
"We are proud to be able to serve such a prominent world leading airline," said Miki Ringelhim, Britannica's VP of Business Development. "Our innovative web-based training management system will help improve ANA's ability to train efficiently and effectively. We also look forward to adding strategic value through Fox's ability to furnish ANA with powerful analytics that support sound decision-making."
HP Japan will provide ANA with a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution based on HP Helion Managed Virtual Private Cloud. Britannica Knowledge Systems will supply the commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software, Fox.
