SHIPPING NOTE: Sacramento Skyranch shipping and handling charges charges for UPS Ground, USPS Book Rate, and 1st Class Mail are $7.00 for the first item in your order and $1.50 for each additional item. For other shipping options, the cost is determined by the total weight of the order plus a handling fee, if appropriate. In all cases, shipping charges will be added and billed to your credit card at the time your order is shipped.

International Orders: Upon receipt of order we will email shipping costs and our International Shipping Policy. If the customer agrees with the shipping costs and policy then we will go ahead and ship the order.

Before shipping orders overseas or to states/territories outside the 48 contiguous United States, Sacramento Skyranch will reply via e-mail or fax with the exact cost of the shipment and a customer affidavit. Our carriers for shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States are UPS and DHL (NOTICE: minimum UPS international charge is approximately $57.00). Delivery is 3 to 5 business days. (We do not use the U.S. Postal Service due to inconsistent delivery times and limitations on tracking packages.) The customer is responsible for CUSTOMS FEES, if any. You may wish to check with your local authorities for current duties and/or taxes. All orders must be prepaid in full PRIOR to shipment. If an order is being shipped to a business, include the name of the business in the address, if applicable.
