The Garmin GPSmap 396

Garmin’s GPSmap 396 adds near real-time weather to the feature-rich 296 receiver’s capabilities. Although requiring an extra-cost subscription, it continuously downloads and displays satellite-based weather products including NEXRAD radar data, METARs, TAF,s TFRs, SIGMETs, AIRMETs, Freezing Level and winds aloft. When combined with the GTX 330 it can display TIS, Traffic Information Service data.
