Tecnam recently delivered the first of its new P2012 Traveller commuter aircraft to Massachusetts-based Cape Air. Tecnam USA Director of Sales Shannon Yeager told AVweb more about it at the 2019 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“we might not have the most seasoned pilots in the aircraft…” How is this guy trying to explain the benefits of the new engines? Really? That’s his sales pitch? Com on, seriously. Cape Air must be thrilled by that comment.
I don’t think so.
Pilot-resistant engines are an important element of pilot-resistant aircraft.
It seems really pricey, most of the single engine turbo props can be brought new for less.
