Airshow goers like gadgets, and this year at Sun ‘n Fun Garmin brought two new aviator smartwatches at two price points—the $550 D2 Air X10 and the $1300 flagship D2 Mach 1. For this video, Aviation Consumer Magazine Editor Larry Anglisano stopped by the Garmin booth and got an overview from Garmin’s Pat Coleman.

  1. Lemmesee… That watch has 4,096 features, five modal buttons, and a touchscreen. Wish I always flew in smooth air and had the vision and memory of a 15-year old. We used to have a software design criterion that said if the full functional flowchart wouldn’t fit on a 4×8 whiteboard, we had to go back to the drawing board and simplify.

  2. Undamn real! I don’t need one and probably couldn’t ever figure it out…but, undamn real! Wow!
