If you order it with the guns can you get wing mounted ones instead of the nose mounted ones shown?
The P-36 came with cowl-mounted guns. I’d assume the inline P-40 would have wing-mounted gun fairings (made of fiberglass).
P-40B has cowl mounted guns also.
