The Weekender: Hangar Fly-In Winter Weather

Across the way toward the other coast in Redding, California, on Saturday, Hillside Aviation will host a seminar with Terry Lankford, an FSS specialist and CFI. If you're sticking to fair-weather flying and heading south, selections on the calendar include a fly-in at New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport in Florida on Saturday. Come out and see what the mechanics at American Aero Services are working on. World War II aircraft will be on display; stop in for food and drinks. In Guntersville, Alabama, on Saturday, EAA Chapter 683 will have a fly-in at Joe Starnes Field, just north of downtown.
