An FAA Airworthiness Directive for McCauley Propeller Systems targets 40 propeller hubs that the company says were incorrectly manufactured. The hubs could crack, causing blade separation and loss of control. The AD is effective Dec. 15 and requires that the hubs be removed from service within 10 flight hours or 10 days...
