Pilots Escape Glider Midair

Two glider pilots escaped unhurt after their aircraft collided over Little Gransden, England on Sunday. Circumstances of the midair weren’t available but one pilot parachuted onto the roof of a building and the other was able to land his glider. Thankfully nobody seriously injured apparently as glider corkscrews out of the sky – amazing sight, tweeted a local man named Adrian to his local paper.

The mishap happened about 1:30 p.m. near the little Grandsen airfield. Weather appeared to have been good at the time. Little Gransden is home to the Cambridge Gliding Centre, which offer discovery flights and lessons. The airport is about 50 miles north of London
