Each week, we go through dozens (and sometimes hundreds) of reader-submitted photos and pick the very best to share with you on Thursday mornings. The top photos are featured on AVweb’s home page, and one photo that stands above the others is awarded an AVweb baseball cap as our “Picture of the Week.” Want to see your photo on AVweb.com? *** THIS WEEK’S WINNERS ***

Last week saw a very strong pattern in “POTW”submissions – and you know how we love a pattern! With that inmind, we strained to find an equally strong theme this week, but we wereforced to concede defeat. (Although there were a lot ofsubmissions from Texas.) Alas, we’ll have to settle for “lots ofgood pictures” as this week’s theme. We think you’ll agree thatDonald Reid‘s Ponderous Pollyfits that “theme” nicely and kicks off today’s visual feast as our”Picture of the Week.”
