The Piper Navajo is a workhorse in the world of piston twins, and Mike Jones Aircraft in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, has a rather thorough refurb program called the Lock & Key Navajo. Aviation Consumer’s Larry Anglisano took a close look at one of the latest Lock & Key refurbs at Sun ‘n Fun 2022 in Lakeland, Florida.

    • A new Baron is $1.5M which is about the same as a typically equipped L&K Navajo, according to the video. But the Navajo will carry at least 2 more people than a Baron plus a ton more stuff. They’re not really in the same league.
