Although it looked ugly Saturday night, Wittman Field is rapidly drying out for the start of EAA AirVenture 2010 at Oshkosh. AVweb‘s Paul Bertorelli walked the North 40 on Sunday and found it more dry than wet. EAA’s Dick Knapinksi said Sunday that the field may be dry enough for normal operations by Monday.
