Eissler conducted the relief work through the Patient Airlift Services (PALS) Sky Hope Disaster Relief Program, which she founded and currently serves as program director for. Hundreds of affected disaster victims have received relief over the past few years through PALS efforts.

Eissler works for jetAVIVA, an aircraft sales company, in the role of chief operating officer. "We are honored to have a selfless and devoted individual like Robin on our team," a jetAVIVA spokesperson said. See a video about her work here.
