American Flyers Flight School has announced the opening of a new training facility at the convenient Scottsdale Airport. The school will open its doors on November 1, 2016 and has scheduled an open house on Saturday, November 12th with a free lunch from 12 - 2PM.
American Flyers' Executive, Andrew Henley stated: "This is an exciting venture. We look forward to providing a convenient and professional environment for local pilots to pursue their aviation education. Arizona's favorable weather means more flying days, and provides us the opportunity to attract pilots during the winter who are preparing for their Private Pilot or Commercial Licenses and Instrument Rating."
In addition to flight training, weekend classes will be conducted monthly for FAA Knowledge Test preparation as well as the Flight Instructor Renewal requirement.
American Flyers has provided instruction for personal aviators and those pursuing an Aviation Career since 1939. They operate six additional FAA-approved schools throughout the country.
