KTEB Voted #1 FBO In FltPlan Pilots’ Choice Awards
FltPlan announces the winners of their 2015 Pilots’ Choice Awards survey. Meridian Teterboro was ranked first place U.S. FBO by FltPlan users.
Meridian Teterboro (KTEB) earned the top spot in the 2015 Pilots' Choice Awards survey. Now in its sixth year, the survey is open to all of FltPlan's 152,000-plus registered users. In addition to U.S. FBOs, the survey ranks FBO chains, Canadian, Caribbean, and Mexican FBOs, ATC Centers, ATC Towers, and airport-based U.S. Customs & Border Protection facilities. U.S. FBOs are also ranked by region. "The Pilots' Choice survey is unique in that it's open exclusively to FltPlan users who are active pilots and aviation professionals. We believe that this is the most accurate measure because these are the people who are using the FBOs and airport-related services on a daily basis. No other survey can make that claim," said Sarah Wilson, Principal and Director of New Business Development for FltPlan. Business Jet Center at Dallas Love Field (KDAL) and Texas Jet at Meacham International Airport (KFTW), Fort Worth finished second and third in the U.S. FBO category. The top U.S. FBO regional winners were:
- East Central U.S., Capital City Jet, Bolton Field Airport (KTZR), Columbus, OH; - North Central U.S., Million Air, Spirit of St. Louis Airport (KSUS), St. Louis; - Northeast U.S., Meridian, Teterboro Airport (KTEB), Teterboro, NJ; - Northwest U.S., Clay Lacy Aviation, Boeing Field/King County International Airport (KBFI), Seattle; - South Central U.S., Business Jet Center, Dallas Love Field Airport MT (KDAL); - (more) - Southeast U.S., Banyan Air Service, Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (KSUS); - Southwest U.S., X Jet, Centennial Airport (KAPA), Denver
