Daytona Beach, FL - Power Flow set a new record in Tuned Exhaust System sales at AirVenture this year. Confirmed sales for the event in Oshkosh were at 26, which eclipses the record of 21 set five years ago. The patented design of the company's Tuned Exhaust System allows many GA engines to develop more of their rated horsepower. This in turn leads to greater engine efficiency, a cooler running engine and significantly enhanced aircraft performance. "There were encouraging stories from a number of exhibitors at AirVenture," said Darren Tillman, General Manager for Power Flow. "We set a pace on opening day and watched the numbers pull away from the old record as the week went on. Obviously, an improving economy and long standing desires to upgrade older aircraft in the fleet contributed to the response." Power Flow makes tuned exhaust systems for a wide range of single engine aircraft, but the two models that stood out this year were those for the Cessna Cardinal RG and Cessna Skyhawk. Power Flow Systems, which has been in business for 16 years, has been at AirVenture every summer and attributes much of their success to the aircraft owners who attend.
