The business aircraft activity data is for October 1-31, 2014 vs. September 1-30, 2014 and October 1-31, 2014 vs. October 1-31, 2013 respectively. October flight activity followed the usual trend and posted a significant increase from September to finish the period up 8.0% overall.
Reviewing year-over-year flight activity (October 2014 vs. October 2013); TRAQPak data indicates that October 2014 posted a flight activity increase for the 11th month in a row, up 3.2%. This increase makes October 2014 the busiest single month since October 2008. TRAQPak analysts estimate there will be a 3.9% increase in overall flight activity year over year in November 2014.
