Now, AeroInnovate provides a comprehensive startup accelerator program, with expanded resources including premier exhibit space in EAA Innovations Pavilion during Oshkosh AirVenture, seed financing, and networking opportunities.
At Florida State University, a researcher is leading an effort to make aircraft cheaper and more efficient by combining the resources and ingenuity of both the academic and business worlds. The National Science Foundation selected Lou Cattafesta, co-director of the Florida Center for Advanced Aero-Propulsion, to participate in a unique grant opportunity called the Industry/University Cooperative Research Centers Program. Jetcraft, a global leader in business aircraft sales, acquisitions and trades, announced the launch of a new commercial aircraft sales and leasing division. Jetcraft Commercial will be led by industry veteran Raphael Haddad as President.
